Location was perfect. Two minute walk to the harbour where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Great little enclosed courtyard garden for the dog and a table to have meals outside in the sunshine. If you carry on up the hill from the property, there are a few free parking spaces just overlooking living coasts. We managed to get one of these parking spaces for the entirety of the trip and didn’t need to use the car at all as everything was within walking distance. One of the days we walked all the way to Broadsands Beach so we did get the train from Torquay station to Paignton station which is a 6 minute journey. Other than that, we got everywhere on foot - perfect with a little dog!

The property was very clean, close to everything we needed and not a far drive from other places! We really enjoyed our stay. Joff was fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us and told us some lovely places to visit! Fantastic property. Highly recommend!

The location was absolutely perfect for us with a gentle stroll to the harbour and so easy to travel around by bus to Paignton, Brixham, etc, it really was a great holiday thank you
