Ashleigh House is set over three floors and, as there is no lift, is unfortunately unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
Please inform the property prior to arrival if you wish to bring a pet. There is a surcharge of GBP 10 for one pet. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room whilst guests go out.
There is sufficient on street parking outside the property where a permit is required. The property provides a permit to all guests.
Breakfast is served from 8.00.
Late-out is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. If confirmed by the property, there will be a fee of GBP 20 per hour after 12:00 (midday).
Please note that the rate for the deluxe family room is for 2 adults only. Our stay was lovely, very friendly, very clean, and went beyond and above to make us very welcome, comfortable, and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was simply perfect: - Your hospitality was overwhelming - we felt welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. - The breakfast was a highlight every day - delicious, freshly prepared, and with great attention to detail. - Our room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we had imagined. - We were traveling with our children and were given a very warm welcome - thank you for the child-friendly atmosphere! - The hotel's location was ideal - within walking distance to the city center, yet quiet enough to relax. Jan and Steve were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. The property was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished.
