Great location for Electric Bay festival. Only a short walk to the marina. The staff were amazing, especially Elaine. Ver helpful on the phone prior to our arrival, and was fully prepared for us when we arrived on the Saturday. Thank you, Elaine. Would recommend for anyone looking for a short stay by the Bay on a budget.

The location of the property is great to see the whole of Torquay and get around easily. The staff were friendly and chatty. Our room was clean and airy, the breakfast was what we expected and catered our needs. Plenty of parking.
