After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Parties, excessive noise, and smoking are not allowed. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided Roku for streaming.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Liked the set up of the apartment (except that we were assigned a Wheelchair accessible apartment. See comment below), the neighbourhood, the location. Staff helpful when addressed.

The apartment was large and had a lot of room. Excellent kitchen and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets included, also washing gels with the washing machine and tumble drier. Easy access to the Tram system and walking distance to shops/food/trams etc. Staff very helpful and cheerful.
