The room was quite comfortable. The view was great. The front desk attendant who checked us in called our room afterward to find out if the room was to our satisfaction, you don't get that type of service anymore. We always stay at that location whenever we visit Toronto at least 3 to 4 times a year,

Toronto is a vibrant and welcoming city, full of charm and surprises. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring it! However, it's worth noting that many attractions and venues close on Mondays, which can catch visitors off guard. Arriving on a Friday afternoon, we had hoped to enjoy a four-day sightseeing adventure. Unfortunately, with many places closed Monday, we had to shuffle our plans on the fly. Had we known in advance, we would’ve adjusted our itinerary to better fit Toronto's rhythm—perhaps staying longer in the previous destination or shifting our days around. Interestingly, we expected the weekend and Monday to be the city's busiest tourist period, so the Monday closures were unexpected. Closing on Thursday or Tuesday instead might have seemed more intuitive from a visitor’s perspective.That said, the locals were incredibly helpful and kind. Whether we asked for directions or looked a bit lost while studying our tourist map, friendly Torontonians were always ready to assist. raveler Tip: Kick off your visit with the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour. It's a fantastic way to get your bearings, soak in the city’s highlights, and decide where to spend more time later.

Nice rooms/suite. Clean. The bed was super comfortable. Nice to have comfy dressing gown provided. Staff very helpful.
