No unregistered guests will be allowed outside of visiting hours. No exceptions will be made.Please note, there is a CAD 50 key deposit. This is payable upon arrival and will be returned upon checkout.Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property operation hours is from 10 AM to 2 AM.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean & the bed comfy. Not too long a walk to downtown Toronto, which is ideal.

The location is good! It is accessible by the streetcar. The washroom is far away from the room, but the shower is as stated in the photos! I like the room that was provided, and I got a free soap to take home. Hotel is kept in a good condition, and it is close to the mall (Eaton Centre)! All in all it was great. A+++
