Housekeeping cleaning is once a week for booking of 7 nights and above.Please, note that Chestnut Residence operates within a student residence. Guest agree to respect the academic atmosphere, maintain appropriate conduct, adhere to any related polices during their stay.Chestnut Residence at the University of Toronto is 100% smoke free and pet free. A cleaning fee will be charged to the reservation should evidence of smoking or pets be found in the reserved room.Please note there is currently no access to guest rooms via the stairs. Rooms are accessible via the main elevators in the lobby only.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location next to downtown area. Breakfast included - fairly ordinary but decent buffet. Self service laundry facilities was a good bonus! Friendly staff. Air con worked
