Amazing hotel and an incredible room. Allocated a staff member on a WhatsApp group when you arrive and any issue or question you could direct to them and they would come back to you within minutes. Facilities were so good and then daily activities were great. Food was amazing too.

The staff are great at Rixos Premium in Bodrum, they make you feel welcome all the time, even though they seem to be working very hard. Respect for all the staff members making the guests' experience perfect. Specially Asya and Atakan who were extremely helpful. The buffet at Turquoise is unbelievable, the food taste really delicious and seems like it's home-made.

Rixos Bodrum fully deserves its reputation as one of the best of Mediterranean resorts - it’s tucked away on the hillside covered with pine trees, rich vegetation and mature olive groves creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere for total relaxation. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable, the food is excellent and the stuff is highly professional and caring. It was my second time at the resort - having first stayed there with my husband we arranged this year a trip with my mother as a birthday present for her and she was looked after by the staff in the best possible way. We had wonderful time and are very likely to come back.

Great resort for families and couples. Staff was very friendly especially the personal assistants ( Asya and Atakan were my assistants). Good location and close to the airport (25 to 30 minutes). However, about 35 to 40 minutes to Yalikavak Marina
