·Hostal Tripolis Toledo is set on 2 floors and does not have an elevator.· Free public parking is available nearby.. Housekeeping will not be available on December 25th and January 1st. Private parking is available 500 metres from the property, at a cost of €12/day. Reservation is required at reception.· Arrivals after 23:00 may be subject to an additional fee.· Children under 4 years old stay free of charge. If a cot is required, its installation costs €12/day, upon request and must be booked in advance.·The double room may have a double bed or two single beds, depending on availability at check-in.·The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests' credit cards prior to arrival.·Housekeeping is from 9:30 to 16:00. If you need your room ready earlier, please let reception know for better coordination.·The rooms could be distributed between two of our establishments: Hostal Tripolis and Hostal Toledo Plaza, depending on availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, very welcoming, they assisted me with parking, I’m super grateful for that! By the way they have a private parking with closed doors, so I was calm about leaving my car. Now about the hotel room itself, super modern, clean, new, well designed, mine also had a small balcony, and heated hangers in the bathroom in case you need it. They have cool pillows.

The location was good. Bus stop nearby but close enough to walk to the tourist bus stop into the city. Toledo itself is beautiful with a colourful history.

we can not fault this hotel and its location .but due to passed experiences with cities parking can be a nightmare so when we saw free parking on booking .com it was a no brainer to take the parking hassle out .but on arrivel .we got a 12euros bill for parking .false adv for me
