Friendly helpful staff. Central but quiet location. P leasant ambience that one would hope to get from a boutique hotel. We were delighted to find there was a lift to take us up to our third floor room.

Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious wth everything we needed, comfortable bed and pillows and when we requested a kettle this was delivered with no problem and quickly. We had evening dinner at the hotel and that was excellent. The Breakfast was also good with various choices of fruits, cereals, breads, pasteries, orange juice and water and hot breakfast food to order. The coffee was from an Nesperroso machine and for me that was the only disappointment as coffee is important to us. The bar service was also great with a good selection of drinks and tapas snacks. Highly recommended.
