The property’s location was excellent for international travelers and only a short ride from the centre of Tokyo. The facilities were second to none and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

HOTEL WAS VERY ELEGANT AND CONVENIENT. WE WERE DIRECTED TO THE ITALIAN RESTO FOR A SO CALLED WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ESP THE PASTA LOBSTER WE BOOKED! FOOD WAS VERY AVERAGE BUT THE LOBSTER PASTA AT ABOUT £45 WAS A COMPLETE RIP OFF. THERE WERE 3 OR 4 TINY PIECES OF LOBSTER AND A LOT OF TOMATO SAUCE. FELT QUITE PUT UPON ESP AS WAS RECOMMENDED AT CHECK IN. WAS THERE COMMISSION TO BE HAD BY THE STAFF ? NOT RECOMMENDED ,
