The rooftop terrace sold it to us and didn't disappoint. Really easy to get to anywhere we needed.

This property is great for a small group of travellers visiting Tokyo, it is located a 5 minute walk from Hatsudai station, which is just one stop away from Shinjuku (also walkable ~20mins), close enough to have things to do, but far enough that it’s a quiet environment at night. The property itself fit our needs perfectly, three of us stayed, with two of my friends in their own double beds, and I took the sofa bed - which would have been able to comfortably fit three people. Any amenities we required were present, with cooking and cleaning facilities as well as a washer dryer that can be left to work while you go sightseeing! We also enjoyed the balcony space for quiet relaxation in the evening. Having this property made our Tokyo trip far more convenient than a hotel room would have, and I would recommend it to others!

Location was great. Host was great at communicating and helped me to find the location of the apartment. Shower was very hot. Nice to have an outside space

A Beautiful place near the Shinjuku train station, a very cute apartment for a group and with all service you need! But the first thing wonderful is the view on the top in the terrace!! I really recommend this place 🩷
