Marion “A very clean and well located hotel in Ueno”

The hôtel was very well located, easy access to lots of restaurants, the great Kappabashi district and Asakusa. Also easy walking distance from Akihabara which we loved exploring at night. The room is quite small but it's common in Japan hotels, we had all we needed to have a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to ship our luggage there and also have them store it for us the day of our departure.

Excellent location walkable to Ueno and Asakusa. Easy transport links to other neighbourhoods. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and tidy room with most things you need. Comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Location was convenient ....close to restaurants, laundry mat, convenience store, transit, mall...yet far enough so quiet enough to sleep well. The building was secure and comfortable. Service was good. Fresh towels every 2 days as requested as we did not need daily housekeeping. Tea and coffee and water in the lobby and a dining table with seating anyone could use. Extra toiletries in the rooms and lobby if needed. Front desk staffed 9am to 9pm. Detailed instructions for after hours check in provided by email were so easy to follow. Communication with the hotel was so easy and the staff were very responsive and informative.

The hotel was accomodating for a late check in and very easy to communicate with. The location was very convenient and located close to transport options and convenience stores. Room had everything we needed.
