The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

Location is really good, very close to a train station. Washing machine in the room works really well. And a lot of storage space in the room.

Love how convenient the location is with eateries around and near to the main road and train station. The free flow coffee machine and water at the lobby is godsend. Love the washing machine and dryer in the room, i used it twice since its summer and my clothes are all wet due to sweating after walking whole day

The building was spotless and the interior design felt modern and clean. The reception area was welcoming and the staff were very helpful. For Tokyo standards, the room was really spacious. We had plenty of room to store our cases. It was well equipped with a mini kitchen and wash facilities. There were lots of small bars a street over if you wanted a nightcap. There was a supermarket next door and the nearest station was a very short walk away. It was very close to Shibuya/Shinjuku on the train but also we'll connected to other parts of the city.

The room was quite spacious by Tokyo/Shinjuku standards and had a washing machine in the room. By chance we realised the hotel is ver close to a very nice local bar and restaurant area. A big plus is the relative lack of tourists in this area as it is 3-4 subway stops away from main Shinjuku station. The staff also were all great, very helpful, on our last night we bumped into one of the management staff (not front of house) as she was going home and she helped us call a place to eat and walked us to it, thank you!
