The fine print
The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Early check in before 15:00 is subject to availability and at an additional charge.Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.In the case of consecutive nights, "simple cleaning" is a request system. If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

Great location, close to the railway station, (3mins walk) lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby The staff were very helpful and extremely polite. The room was immaculately clean, with all the appliances from home, including a washing machine/dryer, which was very handy. Couldn't hear any noise from other rooms. Great place to stay. Happy to stay there again.

Super close to the train station, so made travelling around Tokyo a breeze. Lots of restaurants nearby and a 7Eleven is located next door. Room was quiet and had everything we needed and did not feel as small as we had anticipated. There was a washer/dryer which was perfectly timed for us to get prepared for the next leg of our trip. The staff at the desk were always friendly and helpful. They even helped us organise our luggage to be transferred to our Kyoto hotel and meet us there.

The location is very close to public transportation. There was a washing machine/dryer and a kitchenette inside the room, so it would be great for longer stay.
