Everything. Amazing friendly and professional staff, room and amenities perfect. Absolutely loved the shower best ever in any establishment we have ever stayed in the world. Only downside is breakfast times can be tricky to get a seat but didn’t have to wait too long. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location - in fact you can’t get more central. Recently refurbished to a high standard - that’s nothing on the staff who to a person go above & beyond. Our Japanese is basic but it former matters their English is very good. The location allowed Shinkansen travel across the country as well as locally; we came traveled returned home. It’s less than 30 mins from Hanada - monorail the easy change & 3 stops
