“Exceptional hotel”

The prime location of the hotel opening directly to the departure lounge at Haneda airport was the main attraction. We were also extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Definitely would stay there again on our next trip to Japan.

Perfect location, even for transfers to Terminal 2 (free shuttle bus ~15 mins from hotel to T2). Free luggage storage prior to check in. Automated check in with room card dispenser. Rooms are quiet (double glazed) so no aircraft noise at all. Comfortable beds. Great shower bath. Lovely robes.

Simple room that met expectations and serviced our needs. We stayed here due to an early morning flight, so was absolutely perfect. We were able to just walk straight into terminal 3.
