The location is slightly tricky to find the first time, but is actually a very short walk from the station exit, with entrance on both B1 and 1F. The staff are polite and speak English. 24hr convenience store right outside B1F entrance. Decent room size for opening a check-in suitcase.

Nicely located close to Ginsa and close to subway stations. Good rooms, recommend to go for the slightly upward rooms which are more expensive but offer more space. Many good restaurants nearby.

Good location, close to a metro and trains offering good links without having to change. View from the room across the city was pleasant. They stored our luggage for the day as we had a late flight out in the evening. Concierge was more efficient and polite than check-in.
