Great quiet location with two supermarkets and metro station a short walk away. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay here. The room was really spacious and comfortable - plenty of room for 4 of us and we were pleased to be able to do some laundry. Lots of basic bits and pieces were provided - washing up stuff, machine washing liquid etc which often isn’t the case in short stay accommodation. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful in messages. Kyodo area is also a calm and pleasant neighbourhood with many restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby. It was easy enough to get into downtown Tokyo from Kyodo station.

Location near supermarkets, eating places and more than one train stations. Easy to find. Balcony and drying clothes rack were useful as we were there for over 3 weeks.
