The check-in is fully digital via a tablet with no staff on site. The room was nice with a small kitchenette and there is a coin laundry available.

The Aoca stands for "Apartment of Contemporary Art". So it's an apartment block with no staff. All communication is online and very efficient. The family apartment I had was huge for Japan standards. It had a kitchen, two bathrooms, great sized beds, AC, and good security. Located close to transport (about 700 metres away), convenience stores and a quieter neighborhood with more than enough restaurants to find somewhere to eat.

It’s about 7-10 minutes walk from Omori train station and easy enough to find. Lots of dining options around. A coin operated laundromat next door and they offer luggage storage space. It’s next to a train crossing however the noises didn’t bother us.

The place is very near a Mega Donki store where you can buy your groceries among others. The apartment itself is nice and clean. It is equipped with a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The laundry area is just at the back of the building.
