Great location. washing machine was super handy. small bathroom.which didn't air very well but great for a 4 day trip. 5 min walk to the station and 3 mins to conveconvenience store. Great cheap food eateries all.around. Korean area

Excellent location near Shin-Okubo. Small but tidy apartment. Comfortable beds, good washing machine and space to dry clothes on the balcony. Great for small group of travellers comfortable in close quarters and looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time in the apt.

All the essentials were provided in this small yet comfortable apartment for family stay of 4 pax. There were tea bags as complimentary and iron provided (some hotel don't even provide iron). The kitchen was sufficient for light cooking. Train station is within walking distance.
