Love the location, plenty of food options nearby, not far form station. At night it might be a little skethy with bars, izakaya and other services" nearby. But it's fine! Alot of supermarket nearby. You will not starve there :D

This place is very well connected to Ginza,Asakusa,JR Yamanote Lines. It is super easy to start your day sightseeing and coming back to refresh yourself and go back hitting the roads again. The room has enough space to accomodate 2 big luggages and the bathroom was enough to accomodate relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The amenities they offer in the lobby are quite a lot and you can even borrow hair design tools from there. The hotel is connected to Lawson where you can enter through lobby for some late night snacking top. I felt safe in the area as a solo traveller also. When I visit Tokyo again I will consider staying here again.
