We came back at the end of our trip to spend the last night here before flying back home. The staff was really helpful, they helped us with the taxi booking and she made sure everything was in order. She informed the driver about our destination and made sure every detail was correct. :)

The location was perfect, subway lines nearby, 0-24 grocery shop just a corner away. The staff was super helpful, polite and kind. The room was super clean and the bead was really comfortable. Breakfast was simple yet lovely.

Hotel was fine, staff was very nice and helpful. Ample amenities to be taken for free at reception. Three washing/drying machines, coin-operated. Strange but complimentary breakfast.

The location is close to Tokyo Station and not very far from Ueno Station, both easily accessible by metro. The staff is polite.
