Our host gave excellent directions. Excellent location. Supermarket and restaurants, and subway station all less than 400m away. There are stairs inside the apartment - so not ideal for someone who can’t do stairs. Was not a issue for our family. Very clean apartment. Easy to get to tourist spots from here. Quite area. We enjoyed our stay - 4 adults and 2 children (7 and 11 yrs old) and would recommend to families.

Location was very good, 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku and a few minutes walk to the nearest train station. Comfortable beds and nice to have a kitchen, dining table and sofa area.

Communication from the host was excellent. Guide sent over prior to arrival was accurate and we had no problem in locating the property and the keys. Beds were comfortable and everything was taken care of.
