Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 50 metres straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no lifts at the property.

Located close to the metro. Easy to locate and very easy check-in. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. No communication issue. Room was spacious.

Is a nice place to stay. The location was very good, close to the train station and easy to get around Tokyo. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable place to rest after a long day. I would stay here again.
