The place was very cosy and comfortable and came included with the amenities that you’d need - towels, shampoo, body wash, detergent and tea/coffee. It came with a little bag pouch with toothbrush and cotton buds and some other things. We used the washing machine with wind dryer (spinning) everyday and hung our clothes outside. We stayed on the 10th floor and as you leave the apartment on the balcony it has an incredible view of the Tokyo skyline day and night. Overall great value and location is easy for getting to Narita airport via Nishi-Niporri station

travelled from nz stayed for 9 nights, The place itself was the most comfortable the owner was the most thoughtful! she had a whole file to show you exactly where everything was picture by picture, she even messaged to check if we got in ok, she even had spare lightbulbs and sponges she was amazing, the only thing that was required, was leave key behind each time we went out, this isn't something we do in New Zealand therefor i wasn't comfortable with it so i took the key with me every time, but the mall and food shopping either across at the mall or down the shop very handy. the only sad reason i would not go back to this suburb is because everything was an hour away or 1 1/2 away for main attractions and this was actually very overwhelming at the end of our trip, for people like us who have a car to drive to everywhere to be squished to the max in train for one hour was too much sometimes, if it was 15 minutes would be ok,its not as easy to realize through the computer the train would be so packed and with a child this was really hard, next time i will look for a place closer, but the apartment itself is amazing and owner is amazing. i would rate the property 10/10 for us location a 4/10 also to get there we had to walk with our luggages for 30 minutes. as the bus was also way to busy to have us with four of our luggages.

The room was comfortable. The equipment in the room was quite fully. Near shopping mall and supermarket. The host also very enthusiastic support us to check in the room. Thank you for giving us paper fans in this hot weather.
