Location was great with close proximity to the train station that took me right in to Tokyo and also went to Yokohama and Kamakura for day trips. The neighbourhood was quiet but had good food options and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely friendly staff,. comfortable bed and decent sized room with bottles of water, cotton buds, fresh towels etc added each day when bed made. Kamata station is only a 5 minute walk away and location was cheap with lots of shops and food places. Approx 25 mins into central Tokyo. Only one complaint is the room doors are not sound proofed so other residents in hallways and slamming doors was a bit of a downside.

Amazing room, it was clean and full of amenities (water kettle, tea bags, water bottles), free coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfy and warm, and a lot of pillows, would definitely stay again

All staff fluent in English easy to communicate. Convenient store walking distance 24 hours open. Kamata station close by easy to get around. Washing machine & dryer on 7th floor. Free tea, coffee station in the foyer. Money exchange machine in the foyer. We are able to leave our suitcase for a few days as we were going up north until our next check-in day.
