Lovely little guest house, located close enough to Shinjuku but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our room had a tv, small fridge and hanging space.

So glad we booked this. Location is great, a really calm quiet street but close to metro. We cooked breakfast every day to save money, bring your own oil / salt. Rooms spacious for Tokyo. Great amenities, v.happy to have dimmable lights after weeks of bright hotel rooms. Laundry downstairs was so helpful. Perfect place to unwind for a few days.

The location was perfect, the cleanliness of the building and room was great. The staff were friendly and prompt at communicating. We would definitely stay here again!
