Friendly and helpful staff, great location and clean and well equipped hotel with good facilities and excellent view from lobby lounge. Nice to have daytime take away drinks or sit and enjoy the view.

Great vibe in the hotel. Rooms were artitically decorated. Its a art museum in the hotel theme. Walkable to Shimbashi station. Direct connections to Haneda airport.

Perfect city hotel in a very easy location. Large rooms , very helpful staff and services (washing machines, 24 hour Family mart in basement as well as metro access directly from hotel). Many good eateries around Shimbashi station and Ginza all accessible by foot. Catered for families as well.
