Close to the station, nice neighbourhood, owner was a bit difficult to understand, but was kind and helpful. We had everything, nice although shared bathroom and toilet, washing and drying machine, refrigerator, water cattle and so on ...

The location was ideal and close to train station and nightlife opportunities. The staff member was helpful and welcoming. The place was clean and had good facilities. Good for a night or two or single person.

Second time staying here. It was the cheapest place to stay in Tokyo when we looked. It's definitely okay for a few days. Some reviews say it's dirty but we didn't think so.
