The location is great, really close to Ueno Station. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Staff was promptly replied and sent the information that you needed before check in.

The apartment is unique and gives a taste of a small apartment in Tokyo but still has enough room to fit a family of 6. It has all the facilities from cooking, wifi and washing machine. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of Ueno Skyline station so you have a direct train from the airport. It is close to Ueno with all the shopping and eating in 5 mins. It has all the major train and subway stations close by which is convenient.
