We liked everything about this house. It was extremely handy having access to a washing machine for a family of 4 in hot weather, and being a house and not an apartment made it very private. We loved the rooftop terrace as well.

Kyodo House is clean and spacious (certainly for Tokyo) with everything you could want for a short stay. The rooftop terrace is great, especially as we had really sunny days in November and could see Fuji-san, and our daughter loved playing up there. i It’s in a very convenient location, less than 5 mins to Kyodo station and right next to supermarkets/shops. Lots of restaurants around the neighbouring streets, and easy to get to interesting areas (Shimokitazawa, Gotokoji etc) on the metro Toshi is an excellent host, super friendly and very responsive
