The hotel is super close to the subway exit, with a supermarket right across the street and a conveyor belt sushi place downstairs—couldn’t be more convenient! The front desk staff are amazing and super professional, and their English is great too. The hotel’s facilities are brand new and fully equipped. Totally recommend it!

Great location! Right across from Skytree which means perfect for shopping and catching trains/bus to Disneyland and DisneySea. We were a family of 4 (2xadults, 11yo, 7yo). We pushed the bed together and it fit us all comfortably, in fact the bed was very comfortable and not as hard as most of the beds in Japan. The room was cosy with luggage but we made it work. We were able to have our luggage sent to the hotel from another hotel with Yamato and then on our last day we used airporter to send a couple of suitcases direct to Narita airport for same day delivery and the hotel stored another suitcase for us while we explored for the day. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Great location, close to train and Skytree. Kura restaurant at hotel entrance was a bonus.
