The hotel is in an excellent position for access to Tokyo Station. Just a couple of minutes walk which is very helpful when carrying heavy luggage. We stayed just one night at the end of our trip after travelling around Japan. We stayed in connecting rooms with three beds in one room and two beds in the other. The rooms were clean tidy, shower pressure was great and they even had pyjamas. There were drinks and snacks available for free in the reception lobby. The staff were amazing. They allowed us to store our bags there prior to check-in while we travelled around other parts of Japan. I left an item behind and when I contacted them about it. They confirmed that they had it and were happy to put me in contact with a shipping company that would organise for it to be shipped back to me in Australia. We were very happy with this hotel for a short stay.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. We booked a double room with extra bed for 3 adults and the room is bigger than the average Tokyo hotel room. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Also the toilet and shower are separated which is more convenient for 3 adults. Price is reasonable.

Location is 5 min walk from the Tokyo Station and also the airport limousine bus services. Excellent staff and the room was very comfortable for the three of us. They have complementary snacks, drinks, coffee, tea and ice creams. Great after a day of walking and moving around Tokyo, especially in such a hot weather during summer.
