The house has a great living room for you to hang out with friends or family if you are a big group. Rooms have great beds, air conditioner, and it's located close to the metro/train station, convinience stores and the best ramen in Tokyo.

It was very convenient to get there from the Koiwa Station (via the Sōbu Main Line (Chūō-Sōbu Line). Edogawa, Tokyo, so if you do use the train a lot, this is a good and safe location. We also enjoyed the convenience of easy access to Lawson & Family Mart. House is very clean and lovely with sufficient rooms for us family of 5 pax, with heater and thoughtful amenities eg washing machine, kettle, microwave, umbrellas and hair dryer. Owner is very kind & responsive. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Property has only two (2) floors making it easier for less mobile people. Ground floor has a small bedroom, large dinning and kitchen area plus toilet and bathroom. Quiet area away from the main street, walk to the train station is level and takes about 7 minutes.

Very convenient location close to the station, shops and supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood with almost no traffic. Spacious rooms, two separate toilets on both floors. Owner very responsive and helpful, no problems whatsoever! I highly recommend this place, will definitely book it again when visiting Tokyo.
