Our room didnt have a bath which we were expecting when we made the booking, bit of a small bathroom/ shower area also

The staff were very accommodating and attended to our needs promptly. When they didn't have what we requested, they found alternatives within 10-15 minutes. If you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, you can walk to Shinjuku Station. If you'd prefer a longer, scenic ride to various places in Tokyo, you can take the train from the station 5 minutes away from the Hyatt. The alternative is the bus. They're all reliable and is in close proximity to the Hyatt.

The room was clean and practical, although not very spacious, but it was enough. Breakfast had good variety.
