The breakfast provided had both Japanese and continental options. The staff are very courteous and helpful even though we didn't understand a word of Japanese language.

- Good location, even though it's a bit far from the city center – close to a metro station, shops and the bay nearby, and quieter than the crowded downtown area. - Good breakfast in terms of meals – diverse and tasty dishes, with both European and Asian cuisine. - Amenities: vending machine with drinks, washing machines. - Very fast Wi-Fi in the room, large plasma TV with smart features. - Comfortable bed. - Very efficient air conditioning. - Elegant interior design.

Well presented and well maintained, comfortable beds which is great as many other hotels in Japan have very hard beds, friendly staff (except one older gentleman but I think it’s because he couldn’t understand English) the rest of staff were super friendly and polite, the food at restaurant and breakfast was very nice, overall enjoyed our stay and will re-visit one day. Highly recommend

A big and somewhat characterless hotel. A bit out of the way in the Tokyo Bayside area. Windows that didn’t open and uncomfortable pillows led to a disappointing nights sleep.
