location is good, and walking distance (but 20 min) from Shinjuko main station. They found my phone on the coffee table and they returned back to me and they kept our luggage at the arrival because room was not yet ready for check in

Room looked much better than on pictures Check-in at exactly 3PM, everything went alright, staff knew enough english to explain everything All felt clean, despite the hotel seeming to be on the older side There was enough space to open our two suitcases Very near to Shinjuku Plenty of small stores around - 7/11, FamilyMart, Lawson (all non-stop) Side street location also shielded us from the noise of the traffic Super fast checkout

Its in center of Shinjuku so pretty easy to walk around. Staff is very helpful. Pretty comfortable bed and big size room.
