Location was perfect, accss to all Tokyo from the station over the road, clean and good sized rooms, great to arrive from Narita Bus, cheap. Very affordable room rates.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Tokyo train station. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean.

It wasn't as small as I expected, especially for the location. The bed was big and comfortable for the 2 of us and there was even a small tatami area with a table to sit at and relax. They provided a few traditional Japanese toys to play. Location was wonderful. It's near Tokyo station but located along a smaller street so it wasn't as noisy. It's also near a couple of restaurants, so you don't have to worry about meals.
