This hotel exceeds all expectations - staff, check-in, food, room was luxurious, they give you in-room pajamas, room services was excellent, hotel had a million restaurants and the japanese garden exceptional

Staff, as everywhere in Japan, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a pretty good location, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The highlight was the garden though - it is truly beautiful and worth a stroll through every time you're leaving the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, excellent location to explore Tokyo. All major area within 15 min taxi drive. Nearest Metro station is 6-7 minutes walk. Friendly and fantastic staff. The gardens that are part of the hotel itself are fantastic.
