By Tokyo standards the room is quite spacious and was just fine for us- we were a family of 4 (with 2 teens). There were extra trash bags, washer and dryer in the room was efficient and they provided amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap. Front desk staff is very helpful, and communication was easy even though we don’t speak Japanese as the front desk could speak underhand and speak English. Remember to stop in at the family mart or 7/11 near by for snacks as there is not cafe/restaurant in the hotels. It was one of the hotels we stayed at in Tokyo. We chose this due to its proximity to Tokyo station (convenient for our onward travel) and Asakusa (where we wanted to visit)

We stayed in the family room with three people, which was very comfortable for us. The size of the room was excellent for Tokyo conditions. It offers a good location to start your trips, as there are subways nearby. We arrived before the check-in time, they offered us to leave the suitcases there and we could explore the city already. We would definitely come back here, should we visit Tokyo again?
