Reception had a window where you could only see their hands for maximum privacy. Room was very comfortable. I chose the stay option and was given a room card where I could come and go freely, leaving my stuff in my room. I was on ground floor and had no issue with sound. Bed was very comfortable. Spa was large, and bubbles could be turned on and off. A screen could be folded down for privacy in the bath.

This was a completely adult-only hotel, which I thought would be fine for our stay as a couple and overall, it was okay.

Heart of shibuya Walkable from train station. A quiet oasis in the craziness. Free cake !
