Location: I booked this hotel because it is 1 min walking from Gotanda station, just 2 stops from Shinagawa if you need to catch the train to Haneda, and on Yamanote Line (I wanted to visit Shinjuku Gyoen, Shimokitazawa and get back to Haneda on the same day, it was possible without stress thanks to this) Staff: very polite, kind, and helpful Most of the room, especially bathroom and floor, was clean. Amazing bathtub. Cheap compared to the surroundings.

The hotel was accessible via train, and relatively easy to find. The room had a decent size bed and bathroom.

Close to JR Gotanda station, in a little bit busy and noisy neighborhood, but with many eateries around. My room was on the 5th floor and there was no street noise. There was free water in the room.
