We like how friendly and helpful the staff were and the location of the hotel in the small place of sasazuka. Few mins walk to train station. Very quiet environment. 😁

Really spacious room and bed - we booked King sized. Nice and quiet despite being by a flyover! Near Shibuya but well out of the hectic centre. Some nice restaurants and cafes close by so even though it doesn’t do breakfast, there are good local options.

The location was close to 2 metro stops each with bars, restaurants, convenience shops. We were 2 adults 2 kids in one room. The room had 2 twin beds and 2 single fold out beds. We all slept well and beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a separate toilet and shower room. Toiletries were lovely with free items such as toothbrush. Razor. Comb also in reception. I loved the robes and slippers and the towels were soft. Really really clean We had a fridge. Kettle. Hairdryer, handheld steamer in room with plenty of plug sockets Some USB sockets would have been handy.
