Hotel was located in very calm area, it is super close to two metro/JR stations, and for example we could get there from Haneda airport directly with one line. Super easy to go around from there. It was also very close to Akihabara, like 15-20 min walk. The hotel was very nice, staff was super friendly, check-in was easy, breakfast was nice. Room we had (queen) was spacy and also bathroom was big compared to many other same price level hotels. I had very nice sleep in the room (bed was cozy) and also I could not hear any noise from outside the room. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The staff is really on another level, they are so kind and welcoming, they speak multiple languages and also omg the breakfast! The room was really clean, wide and comfy, they really live to their name, I would definitely stay again here, and it's really well placed, 10/10

The hotel was in an easy location. It was extremely quiet, so everyone slept well. The staff were super friendly & the communal cafe downstairs was fantastic. Totally recommend.
