We came as a family and booked a Japan-style room. The hotel, the central location, the room size and the comfortable beds were really great. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast in the main building on the 26th floor. The buffet is really amazing, there is something for every taste. And the view of the beautiful Asakusa district is also great.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, everything is on your doorstep from Donki, Family Mart, Lawson, Seven Eleven to Uniqlo and several restaurants, a short walking distance to Senso-ji Temple. The hotel provides everything you need (pyjamas, toiletries and skincare products, bottled water) and the breakfast was plentiful, the cream stew/soup looked lovely but it contained pork - although we experienced this all over Japan - it is hard to find much food without pork or beef in it…. Staff were all very helpful and so professional and courageous. We had a wonderful stay and have also now booked this hotel for our final days in Japan before return flight home.

All Staff were first class. Exceptional assistance when required & the breakfast team provided great humour with learning the local phrases.
