A really great location so close to Ueno while still away from the bustle. Nice comfortable, clean and cool rooms. Check-in was easy even though it was all online. We were here in the summer so we loved coming back to the cool lobby, it would smell so fresh too with the laundry on the same floor.

Location was fantastic very close to UENO station, that gives you access to JR, local and Shin trains. Close to shopping centres, restaurants everything you needed they also had a washing machine machine and dryer on site, BYO washing powder, and you can use the washing machine free of charge and 200 for the dryer great value. Our room has a little balcony and the shower/toilet area was plenty big enough good water pressure.

Nice location on quiet street!!! There is a convenience store downstairs and a few restaurants. Good for people who don’t enjoy noisy places. I have tried all the restaurants downstairs and I highly recommend the yuzu highball from the Gyoza place!

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location, but just a short walk from the heart of Ueno night-life. Rooms were a good size for Tokyo, and everything was clean and tidy. It's self check in with a code texted and emailed to you. Process was simple. We would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend.
