Overnight luggage storage is not available.Please note that air conditioning and heating in guest rooms are managed as 1 unit in the building. Thus, guests cannot adjust the temperature in their rooms.A letter of consent from a legal guardian must be presented for a minor to stay without an adult.There will be building-wide power outage due to legal inspection on May 7, 2025 (Wednesday) 12:00-14:00 .
During the inspection, electricity, gas, water, and elevators will be out of service.
In addition, the facilities within the hotel (restaurant, public bath, parking lot) will also be closed. Due to the power outage, the public bath is scheduled to open from 17:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The location is definitely a highlight—close to major Shinjuku sights, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Digital check-in was smooth and efficient, and the small onsen was a nice bonus after long days of walking. I also appreciated the generous provision of toiletries, fresh towels daily, and the comfy in-room robes.

APA Hotels are always clean, tidy and value for money. Was very convenient in the middle of Shinjuku and also has an onsen.
