The staff, the cleanliness, fresh towels every morning, transport links, close to ginza market. Secure and desk manned all day.

Great value! Lots of free items (soap, toothbrushes, hairties, etc) as well as an included yukata and slippers. The staff offers free luggage storage after checkout which was nice. Overall great stay for a budget hotel!

Few different train stations can be found around this hotel and it has a lot of restaurants na other shops around it. Staff is super nice and helpful :3

Location is great. Near Shintomicho metro, 4 min walk. A bit too small but good for 2 person stay. It will be great if they make up the room and dispose the rubbish (it was full by was not thrown). Didn't know the heater was on so the room was very hot.
