Stayed with family which included a preschooler, in one of the Japanese style twin rooms. Bookings weren't the easiest to get (I think multiple groups cycle in and out as a final destination before heading to the airport) but I'm glad we did! Staff were friendly and spoke English well. Room was large and comfortable (minor inconvenience of having to take off your shoes at the lift landing rather than at your room). Easy access to the airport (even the local trains weren't crowded in that direction in the morning and we had no trouble going in with our luggage), and to the tiny and beautiful cafes of the Pottery Footpath locale! Aeon mall was one stop (or a short walk) away.

we did not order breakfast but the location was very close to the train station short walking distance to take train to Centair Intl Airport.

Other than the location was awesome, the hotel was super basic. There wasn’t any phone in the room. The phone are located at each level lift lobby. The key is basic key-lock. We selected non-smoking rooms, however we could smell smoke at the corridor. Didn’t manage to try the Common Spa due to time and overcrowded.

The room was relatively comfortable, but the lobby really needs to be spruced up. it felt like we were walking into a very old tired looking hotel with bright white lights and very worn down furniture that we didnt dare to sit on. The staff were not very welcoming instead looks very tentative to serve us. There was the smell of laundry all around the lobby. I did however enjoy the onsenj located in the basement.
